Mr. Venters, Is the President and CEO of The Movie Studio, Inc. a publicly traded Company (OTC: MVES) a vertically integrated Motion Picture Production Distribution and Acquisition Company.
With over 25 years experience and highly accomplished in the media space and is well known as a first mover disrupting distribution in the motion picture and digital signage sectors. Previously forming “Destination Television” (OTC: DSTV) with an article in Forbes, New York Times highlighting his accomplishments as was one of the pioneer innovators of forward storage digital delivery in the Out of Home (DOOH).
Mr. Venters Executive/Produced and Directed numerous motion pictures, and facilitated worldwide distribution agreements, and licensed motion pictures to SHOWTIME, COMCAST, TUBI TV, AMAZON PRIME and other Video on Demand Platforms.

Michael Markwell
ADVISOR
Michael Markwell has over 30 years of experience in the radio and television business as an account
executive, sales manager, program director, marketing director, producer, syndicator and distributor
with stints at Blue Chip Radio, Clear Channel. He was also founder and sales manager of Louisville’s first
hip hop radio station Hot 104 and program director and sales manager for WYCS TV a minority owned
television station in Louisville Kentucky with an emphasis on Urban and Latino American programming.
While at WYCS TV Michael formed Markwell Media Productions in 2002 to produce original content for
WYCS TV. Shows included the popular program What’s Up Spike hosted by internationally known
comedian Spike Davis. He also produced and distributed Got Musica, Noche De Salsa, Got Musica Plus,
Estelle’s Paradise and Studio Mix domestically as well as globally. In 2003 Michael began representing
other independent producers with an emphasis on multicultural, lifestyle, travel, golf and alternative
sports. Michael has distributed over 80 titles domestically and internationally on all platforms. Titles
include Latin Eyes, Caribbean Escapes, Pacific Fusion, Rolling Art, Black Life in Japan, Money TV, Insider
Exclusive and Girls of Stare Magazine. Michael also helped stations and streaming networks by
generating revenue via targeted direct response offerings.
Prior to his career in radio and television Michael worked 10 years in the horse racing industry as
marketing director, and special events director and group sales for Churchill Downs, Pompano Harness
Track and Tampa Bay Downs. While at Tampa Bay Downs he developed the industry’s first interactive
computer system as a “user friendly” means to educate novice bettors and visiting tourists. Michael was
elected by his peers as the first president of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Sports and Recreation Task
Force. He was also a Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Ambassador promoting tourism for
Broward County and served on the Broward County Hotel and Motel Marketing Association.
